Stephan Howard

With over 30 years of experience in the container industry, Stephan Howard settled in Boston in 2008 and founded CSI Group in 2011. Due to having lived in various countries on multiple continents, he is fluent in English, French and Italian, giving him a true global understanding of the industry. Stephan takes great pride in ensuring CSI Group remains a global solutions provider in the industry. He is always willing to roll up his sleeves to make sure your every need is met. In his free time, you can find him spending time with his beautiful wife and children, playing grill master, as well as an amateur sommelier.

Jessie Morris

Boston born and bred, Jessie started fresh at CSI Group in 2016 after leaving a career in Event Marketing. She wasn’t sure she was cut out for the sales world but has learned and grown daily since the beginning and hasn’t looked back! When she’s not striking the latest deal, you can typically find Jessie tasting a new sour beer by the fire surrounded by friends and family.

With nearly three decades of container and logistics experience, Tina is the face of CSI Southeast. Native to Savannah, she is truly a coastal girl at heart. When she isn’t spoiling her grandkids and enjoying her family, she is following her passions of food, traveling, and all things relating to water – from soaking up the sun to fishing.

Mattheus Friosi

Born and raised in Boston, Mattheus has an extensive background in the container industry. Starting his career in the leasing business and pivoting to CSI Group, where he wears many hats - operations, sales, administration. As a loyal Bostonian, he has a deep love for the city's sports teams, and all things stand-up comedy. In his down time, he loves reading and refining his cooking skills.

Heidi Gibert

Hailing from the Big Easy, Heidi was in the supply chain and freight forwarding industry for over 10 years. With her vast knowledge of international logistics and shipping, she is our resident logistics guru. A wife and mother of two, she also enjoys cheering on her beloved New Orleans Saints and LSU Tigers, even though she now lives in the San Francisco area. Who Dat and Geaux Tigers!

Daiana Duarte

Daiana is an equipment control coordinator with 12 years of experience in logistics. Daiana started working at CSI Group in 2013 and is responsible for controlling the movement of containers and keeping track of inventory. Prior to joining the company, Daiana had worked in Brazil in the container business, where she developed a passion for logistics. Her ability to multi-task and pay attention to details is critical for the business.

Debbie Tubay

Debbie claims the Windy City, Chicago as home. Her career has been truly intermodal with over 30 years of experience in all modes of transportation - railroad, trucking, steamship, warehousing, intermodal marketing and marine equipment management. Debbie is an avid gardener, a wanna-be Iron Chef, and enjoys good food, good wine and good friends.

Donka Nikolova

After moving from Bulgaria, MBA in hand, in 2013, Donka continued her education Stateside and obtained her CORe from Harvard Business School Online. Her vast professional background ranges from office management to all facets of hospitality. Upon joining CSI Group in 2022, she is able to put her MBA to good use as one half of our accounting team. When Donka is not busy crunching numbers, she enjoys traveling as much as possible and being the best mom to her toddler.

Laura DiRienzo

Born and raised in Boston, Laura has spent most of her career in healthcare before joining our team in August of 2022. Laura has worked hard to raise her children and obtain her MBA, but has never lost her eagerness and desire to learn and grow professionally. Her favorite pastime is hosting family game nights and parties, as well as spending time with her two adorable grandchildren.

In 2017, the Icelandic shipping company Eimskip bought majority stake in CSI Group LLC. CSI now operates as an independent profit center within the Eimskip group and continues to serve - and grow - its customer base.
